I love me some Nice friendly church ladies! Great cafeteria style food and service. CASH only! Best kept secret in the Bethlehem area- I feel very safe amongst the locals of all colors come in for lunch. Haven't been for breakfast. Must try some day. They open from 8 - 3 everyday. Sat - sun. Til 4 pm. Or until sold out. Different days have different daily meats. I'm a fan of pig feet Thursday. Nice, clean and tender pig feet covered with bbq sauce. Entree, 2 vegetables, corn bread and tea for $7.00. In the past I've enjoyed the crispy fried chicken, liver and onions, but most of all- large knuckles of pig feet! Oink oink! The ladies serving and waiting on tables are all volunteers. So tip nicely for their services. I hear they pool their tips... This is my Go-To place whenever I'm in town!
